Synthesis and Study of the peroxidase mimetic behavior of Zn-doped g-C3N4

چکیده
Zn-doped g-C3N4 nano structure was synthesized by a facile one-pot thermal condensation method. The morphology and composition of the synthesized product was characterized by X–ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared (FT–IR) spectroscopy. The nano sized Zn-doped g-C3N4 catalyzed oxidation of o-phenylenediamine to 2,3-diaminophenazine in the presence of H2O2 in aqueous solution. The initial rate of the reaction was dependent on the concentration of o-phenylenediamine as well as the Zn-doped g-C3N4 nanocatalyst loading. The data were fitted to the Michaelis –Menten model.
