چکیده
A big class of therapeutics includes the small molecules (SMs) with different physico-chemical properties that have an extensive range of usage in medical issues such as cancers, microbial infections, and other chronic or acute diseases. Although they mostly indicate high efficacy in in vitro studies, their in vivo efficacy is low due to their insolubility, instability, and low availability in physiological condition. Using nanoliposomes as medicinal acceptable nanocarriers could overcome these shortcoming [1]. As regards, we employed this approach to formulate nanoliposomes (NLPs)-incorporated three well-known small molecules against Parkinson’s disease (PD), Baicalein (Ba), Oleuropein (Ole), and Curcumin (Cur) [2].
