A new complex of nickel on biochar magnetic nanoparticles as novel and magnetically reusable nanocatalyst in the synthesis of pyranopyrazole derivatives

چکیده
Catalyst reusing and waste recycling are important process in green chemistry, technology, engineering, and economic efficiency. Therefore, biochar nanoparticles were synthesized from chicken manure and magnetized by Fe(0) nanoparticles. Then, magnetic biochar nanoparticles were modified and further were employed as a novel support for stabilization of nickel as practical, and magnetically reusable nanocatalyst in the synthesis of pyranopyrazole derivatives. Structure of this nanocatalyst has been characterized by N2 adsorption–desorption isotherms, EDS, SEM, WDX, AAS, TGA, XRD, FT-IR and VSM techniques. This catalyst can be reused for several times without significant loss of its catalytic efficiency. Also, reused catalyst was characterized by SEM, EDS, AAS and BET techniques.
