چکیده
A rapid, simple and inexpensive spectrofluorimetric sensor for simultaneous determination of methotrexate and folic acid based on their interactions with hollow carbon dot has been developed. The results revealed that methotrexate could quench the fluorescence of hollow carbon dot through a dynamic quenching mechanism. The sensor permitted determination of methotrexate in a concentration range of 1×10-6 mol L-1 -1.9×10-4 mol L-1 with a detection limit of 1.6 × 10-7 mol L-1 and urine used as a real sample. we utilize partial least squares for assessing methotrexate and folic acid at the same time.
