چکیده
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber was first produced by bayer in 1980, and especially since the 1990s, with the advancement in hydrogenation of this elastomer, its importance has increased. The Most important feature of HNBR rubber can be considered to maintain mechanical properties at high temperatures even despite the application of dynamic stresses. The most important nanoparticles used in the rubber industry are carbon black and silica. In order for nanoparticles to show the highest degree of amplification, they need to excellent intraction with polymeric macromolecules. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of level dispersion and polymer-filler interactions on the physical and mechanical properties of HNBR nanocomposites filled with N330, N600 and precipitated silica nanoparticles. The experimental results show that the highest physical-mechanical properties (properties such as hardness, tensile strength, elongation and abrasion resistance) are related to HNBR/N330 nanocomposites. This can be due to the more appropriate interaction of carbon black than silica nanoparticles with the polymer substrate, as well as the smaller particle size of N330 than N660.
